I really do love working with families in their homes. It gives images such a personal flavor that I could not achieve anywhere else. This couples first born is the sweetest golden retriever ever, Miss Violet. She is a beauty and a wonderful dog. I loved that they wanted to include her in our shoot. The second love of the hubby’s was his passion for woodworking and we were able to include that too:). Congrats on your newest bundle of joy. I can’t wait to blog about her! Hello everyone. We are alive and well but unfortunately have not had time to post! Annie’s Sweet Pea Photography has been in a huge transition for the last month. We are moving into a new space in Multnomah Village. We are LOVING it! It is just taking some time to get set up! SO, I am sorry to not post much lately. With shooting and setting up, some things just had to give. I can’t wait to share more pics, until then, here is one from our new space:). Stop by if you are in the area!

There is still much to be done. But this can give you a sneak peak into our new office space shared with the amazing Colleen from Multnomah Educational Testing!

Thank you to PRO (Parkinson’s Resources of Oregon) for inviting me to photograph the 2012 Sole Support Walk. It was an amazing turn out and we actually had a sunny day this year!! It was the first year that I didn’t have to photograph with a bag over my camera:). All joking aside, this organization attracts some of the most energetic, funny, positive group of fighters out there! I just love being a part of it!! This is one of my all my time faves and it was actually taken with my iphone believe it or not! I try not to take my big camera on vacation with my family so my kids don’t think I am working. We were running down the dunes in Pacific City (LOVE!) and after the third trip down, I turned around and saw this. It was just one of those moments! If you have not been to the big sand mountain, as the kids call it, in Pacific City… you have to! Then go to the Pelican afterward to watch the sunset. Makes for a great family day!
